What this service is
Lancaster Water Damage Restoration is a free referral service. When you call, we connect you with an independent restoration company that serves your area. Your call may first be answered by a screening call center.
We don't do restoration, repair or cleanup work. We don't send crews, and we don't hold a contractor license.
No contractor relationship with us
Any agreement for work is between you and the company you hire. We are not a party to it.
That company sets its own prices, contract terms and schedule. It is responsible for its own work, license, insurance and staff. The company is independent of this site.
You are free to say no to any company, ask for other quotes, or hire someone you find on your own.
We don't guarantee any company
We can't promise anything about a company you're connected with. That includes:
- the quality of its work
- its price or estimate
- whether it is available, or how fast it can arrive
- its license, insurance or certifications
- any warranty it offers
We also can't promise that a company will be available for every call or every area.
Check before you hire
You are responsible for choosing who works on your home. Before work begins, check the company's contractor license on the Contractors State License Board (CSLB) website. Ask for a written estimate and contract, and read anything before you sign it.

Our pages are general information for homeowners and renters. They are not professional, legal, insurance or financial advice. Every home, policy and claim is different.
